lululemon educators are foundational to delivering world-class guest experiences in our retail stores. They engage with guests, share top-quality product education, and speak authentically about our community and culture.

Educators move across the floor to assist guests, complete transactions, and support omnichannel programs such as buy online/pickup in store or ship from store. They collaborate with leadership to continually enhance the guest experience.

Formación

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of the store
• Must be 18 years or older
• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

Responsabilidades

• Create world-class customer service and guest experience on the store floor
• Explain product education and benefits to guests
• Conduct accurate guest transactions and support omnichannel programs
• Move around the floor to engage with guests and assist store needs
• Receive guest feedback and work with leadership to improve experience
