lululemon Athletica in Mexico City seeks an Educator to deliver world-class guest experience in our store. You will share top-quality product education, engage with guests, and connect with our community and culture to reflect the brand.

You will move on the floor, handle transactions, support omnichannel programs, and collaborate with the team to ensure a welcoming, inclusive environment. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is appreciated.

Formación

• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver world-class guest experiences and engage with guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide product education by articulating value and benefits of items.
• Facilitate seamless guest transactions and support omnichannel programs (buy online, pickup in store, etc.).
• Move dynamically on the floor to assist guests and address store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and collaborate with store leadership to make things right for guests.
