lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world‑class customer service and expert product education in our Monterrey store. You will engage with guests, explain product benefits, and promote community culture while supporting omnichannel programs and store operations.

The role emphasizes seamless guest experiences, teamwork, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, with a focus on inclusivity and positive energy on the shop floor.

Formación

• Must be legally authorized to work in Mexico.
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent preferred for the role.
• Ability to move on the sales floor and engage with guests throughout shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with guests to ensure an excellent guest experience and efficient service.
• Provide product education by articulating features, benefits, and quality.
• Engage guests with store programs like buy online/pickup in store and ship from store.
• Move dynamically on the floor to assist guests and support store operations.
• Receive guest feedback and collaborate with leadership to address issues.
