lululemon Athletica is hiring an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences in our retail stores. You will engage with guests, share high-quality product education, and connect with the community and culture of our brand.

In this role, you will move across the floor to engage guests, conduct timely transactions, and support omnichannel programs while maintaining a luxury store environment with a strong emphasis on teamwork and inclusivity.

Formación

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have proof of Right to Work and local requirements (EMEA only).
• Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation methods.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience in a timely manner.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education by articulating product value and benefits.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and support store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and collaborate with leadership to make it right.
