Lululemon Athletica in Cabo San Lucas seeks an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences, sharing product education, and authentically communicating our culture. You will engage guests, guide purchases, and support store operations to maintain a luxury environment.

The Educator role emphasizes service excellence, collaboration with team members, and active participation in community and store activities, with flexible scheduling in a vibrant retail setting.

Formación

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent (nice to have).

Responsabilidades

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience and value guests’ time.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education by articulating product value and benefits.
• Facilitate seamless end-to-end guest experience with on-store transactions and omnichannel programs.
• Move on the floor to engage with guests and attend to store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and collaborate with store leadership to make improvements.
