Job summary

Forte Group in Mexico is seeking a GTM Engineer: AI-Driven Revenue Operations to build the AI layer under our sales engine, shipping automations and integrations that move pipeline faster.

You will own end-to-end automations across the GTM stack, apply Forte's AI agent framework, own the Salesforce data model and hygiene, and design reporting that helps leadership diagnose bottlenecks. Collaborate with a dedicated engineer and work with sales leadership to iterate quickly.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in sales ops, RevOps, or GTM engineering, ideally in B2B technology or services.
• Hands-on Salesforce configuration experience: fields, flows, validation rules, permissions.
• At least one real, shipped automation you built yourself: Zapier/Make/n8n workflow; Salesforce Flow with Apex or API calls; custom script.
• Experience applying LLM or AI agent tooling to a real workflow: prompt design, agent orchestration, or RAG concepts in production.
• Demonstrated ability to write precise, unambiguous technical requirements and collaborate with an engineer to build.
• Track record owning funnel or revenue reporting end-to-end, with problem source diagnosis, not just symptoms.
• Experience with sales compensation, quotas, or territory design.
• Comfortable operating with minimal direction and high ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Design and build automations across the GTM stack: lead routing, scoring, enrichment, and outbound sequencing using n8n/Make/Zapier/Salesforce.
• Apply Forte's internal AI agent framework to real sales workflows with measurable impact on pipeline speed.
• Write precise technical specs and partner with an engineer on builds beyond your hands-on ability.
• Evaluate, pilot, and kill AI and sales tools fast.
• Own the Salesforce data model, workflows, and hygiene across leads, contacts, accounts, and opportunities.
• Design and administer territories, quotas, and sales compensation with sales leadership.
