Incode Technologies is seeking a Growth Engineer to help build production LLM agents that generate and qualify pipeline across outbound, inbound, and events. You will own the integration layer with Salesforce, Outreach, and data tools, and ensure outputs align with real records and business goals.

You will ship agent-based infrastructure, implement routing and decision logic, and create dashboards to empower GTM leadership.

Formación

• 4+ years professional software engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and ship production LLM agents for pipeline generation.
• Build MCP & integration infrastructure to connect agents to CRM and data tools.
• Ensure grounding of agent outputs to real records with checks.
• Implement routing, scoring, and decision logic across automation platforms.
• Develop internal tooling and dashboards for GTM leadership.
• Write runbooks and docs for durability and handoff.
