Job summary

Allie, an AI company building operational agents for manufacturing, seeks an operator to own the entire acquisition machine—from ICP mapping to outbound, inbound, events and reporting. You’ll run sequences, leverage Claude Code and a compact agent stack, and ensure CRM truth across named accounts in North America and LATAM.

This role is not an SDR or marketing job. It requires full-cycle sales fluency, strong technical instincts, and the ability to operate AI-native workflows on your own machine

Qualifications

• Full-cycle sales fluency from prospecting to close.
• Strong technical instincts to read APIs and debug workflows.
• AI-native operation mindset and ability to automate workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own ICP mapping and TAM modeling for US, Mexico, and LATAM.
• Build and maintain outbound/inbound sequences, events, and reporting pipelines.
• Own CRM architecture and ensure pipeline truth across accounts.
• Develop inbound content strategy filtered for ICP and publish cadence.
• Plan and execute events calendar, post-event follow-ups, and ROI-focused reporting.
