BairesDev is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to partner with US sales and account leaders. You will own account-based campaigns and craft AI-powered automations that trigger seller actions, directly shaping new deals and account expansion.

You will design multi-channel programs across email, LinkedIn, ads, and direct mail, leveraging tools like Clay, n8n/Make, and Zapier to drive structured pipeline growth while collaborating with a global team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years running ABM programs with sales or account teams.
• 2+ years building automations used by sellers (signals, routing, enrichment).
• 2+ years working with US-based B2B teams.
• Experience executing multi-channel campaigns across at least three channels.

Responsabilités

• Plan and run ABM campaigns across email, LinkedIn, Ads, and direct mail.
• Map processes and build automations that trigger seller actions.
• Maintain data behind programs and enrich CRM records.
• Report weekly on pipeline and revenue impact to leaders.
• Test new channels and scale effective plays.
