A leading IT services firm is looking for an Account Development Officer to manage support processes and ensure engagement with key stakeholders. This role offers significant impact within a diverse team, with responsibilities including tracking POs and running monthly reports. The ideal candidate should have over 4 years of experience in project management and possess strong organizational skills. • 4+ years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Operations Analysis, or Account Management.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Manage calendar audits, log meetings, analyze Gong transcripts, and maintain internal updates.
• Track and manage POs, SOWs, and KPIs.
• Run weekly and monthly tasks including referral updates, C-suite reports, and ticket follow-ups.
• Create tasks in Account Cockpit to prompt Account Manager action.
• Leverage AI to automate account intelligence and other tasks.

In this role, you will be responsible for running both recurring and ad‑hoc support processes, ensuring each account is properly tracked, key stakeholders are engaged, and playbooks are executed effectively in coordination with the Account Managers.

What You'll Do:
