Atomic Hr seeks a GTM Engineer for a regulated DTC brand, based in Leon, Guanajuato, Mexico. You will build the campaign machinery, direct Claude Code to connect APIs, and lead outbound and field activities with the founders closely involved.

The role combines hands-on automation with real-world field execution. You’ll own first‑party measurement, optimize retention and referrals, and craft clear, actionable campaigns that comply with the category’s constraints.

Formación

• Real, hands-on experience directing Claude Code (or an equivalent coding agent) on live work.
• 3+ years hands-on in marketing.
• Cold outbound you’ve run yourself, start to finish.
• Comfortable with data—read a CSV, write SQL or get there with help.
• APIs are ordinary to you: auth, keys, rate limits, webhooks, reading docs.

Responsabilidades

• Build and run the trade and partnership outbound engine with segmentation, enrichment, scoring, sequencing, and manual outreach when needed.
• Arm the field team with target lists, routes, and follow-up sequences to improve next iterations.
• Own channels open in this context: search, lifecycle email and SMS, retention and referral programs.
