DiDi Shop is seeking a Commercial Manager to drive growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities and overseeing the onboarding process for new partners. You will lead commercial strategies with key partners to maximize user value on DiDi Shop.

You will collaborate with internal teams, analyze market trends, and report KPI and business development progress to the Leadership Team, ensuring strong partnerships and sustained growth.

Formación

• Proven experience (+4 years) in business development or sales, preferably in ecommerce, retail, or technology sectors.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to establish partnerships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Data Management knowledge and practice.

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
