Job summary

DiDi Global Inc. seeks a Partnerships regional lead to guide commercial growth, strategy, and a high-performing team across markets including Latin America.

You will own executive-level relationships, translate vision into execution plans, and shape the partnerships function to scale and create long-term value for the DiDi platform. You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, Operations, Finance and Legal, driving initiatives from concept to implementation while

Qualifications

• Proven experience in partnerships, business development, or commercial strategy.
• Strategic and commercial acumen with ability to design department-level strategies.
• Relationship-building skills to influence external and internal stakeholders.
• Builder mentality with experience defining processes and building an area from the ground up.
• Analytical rigor with ability to leverage performance metrics.
• Autonomy and proactivity, operating with limited supervision.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (and local language if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the partnerships team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Define the vision and strategy for the partnerships department and align with broader business goals.
• Serve as main point of contact for complex, high-value implementations with external partners and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee high-level negotiations and manage a portfolio of strategic partnerships.
• Monitor performance metrics and inform strategy optimization and budget decisions.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Legal to scale new partnership models.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to leadership.
