You'll lead a team and partner closely with local and cross-functional stakeholders to bring key consumer growth initiatives to life.

This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You'll help shape regional priorities while leading the operational mechanisms, experiments, and execution needed to drive sustainable consumer growth across Mexico.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of individual contributors, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous development.
  • Analyze business performance, customer insights, and experiment results to identify opportunities, diagnose performance drivers, and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Partner closely with local teams, sub-regional leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities, remove execution barriers, and ensure key business metrics are moving in the right direction.
  • Own the Mexico experimentation roadmap by prioritizing, executing, measuring, and scaling initiatives that deliver meaningful business impact across markets.
