Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• +3 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing, or similar roles.
• Experience in consulting, construction, or project management environments (preferred).
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and co-develop key client account plans alongside Country leadership and Key Account Managers.
• Contribute to new client pursuit strategies and sector expansion initiatives.
• Conduct market and client research, translating insights into actionable business opportunities.
• Maintain and enhance marketing materials (case studies, capability statements, presentations).
• Coordinate and support client meetings and presentations.
• Drive client care programs and ensure feedback is captured and leveraged.
• Challenge account strategies to identify new revenue streams.
