Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery on complex projects in Mexico City. You will manage client interfaces, schedules, budgets, and a team of contractors and consultants to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 8-12 years of project management experience, engineering or architectural degrees with chartered status, and strong English/Spanish communication skills for multi-national stakeholders.

Formación

• 8-12 years of professional PM experience.
• LEED project experience is a plus
• Engineering or architectural degree with chartered status
• Fluent in English and Spanish to lead meetings and communicate with clients and suppliers
• PMI or equivalent certification is a plus
• Knowledge of MS Project and Primavera P6 is a plus
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, BIM is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Manage all project phases from inception through completion with client interface.
• Oversee schedules and budgets with rigorous cost control.
• Direct and supervise contractors and vendors.
• Review construction work and approve cost allocations.
• Plan and control project delivery to meet timelines and metrics.
• Lead client meetings and stakeholder engagements across project phases.
• Maintain risk register and mitigate risks.
• Track critical milestones and ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate procurement and logistics to align with schedules.
• Oversee transition to client at project closeout.
