Job summary

Turner & Townsend Mexico is seeking a results-driven marketing and business generation professional to lead client development, bid management, and market research, aligning with global strategy and brand ambitions. The role supports Veracruz-based initiatives and collaborative country leadership to expand opportunities.

The role focuses on building account plans, pursuing new opportunities, coordinating client meetings, and delivering data-driven reports to inform leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Marketing, or similar roles.
• Experience in consulting, construction, or project management environments (preferred).
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and co-develop key client account plans alongside leadership and Key Account Managers.
• Contribute to new client pursuit strategies and sector expansion initiatives.
• Conduct market and client research, translating insights into opportunities.
• Maintain and enhance marketing materials (case studies, capability statements, presentations).
• Coordinate and support client meetings and presentations.
• Drive client care programs and capture and leverage feedback.
• Challenge account strategies to identify new revenue streams and strengthen relationships.
• Support bid processes following 'Bid to Win' methodology.
• Prepare and review non-technical proposals, ensuring brand consistency.
• Track and follow up on bids to improve conversion rates and outcomes.
• Prepare monthly Business Generation reports and support leadership reporting.
