Turner & Townsend is seeking a Construction Estimator to join our talented team in Mexico City. The role focuses on developing cost plans and estimates from concept through detailed design, supporting client land acquisitions, and delivering updated cost plans at key design milestones to inform decision-making across international projects.

You will review design changes, assess new technologies, and contribute to value engineering, cash flow forecasts, and lifecycle costing while collaborating

Formación

• Advanced level of English required for international clients.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction cost management.
• Demonstrated experience in budget management, cost forecasting, cost control, change management and financial reporting on construction projects.

Responsabilidades

• Develop cost plans and estimates from concept through detailed design.
• Support client land acquisitions and present updated cost plans at design milestones.
• Review proposed design changes and new technologies and prepare estimates with appropriate accuracy levels.
• Understand design stages and estimate levels, and provide input to value engineering.
