Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, customer service, business development, or a related commercial role.
• English proficiency with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated negotiation and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop strong business relationships with assigned customers and distributors to drive business growth and strengthen the company’s market presence.
• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities through phone outreach, sales follow-up activities, and customer needs analysis.
• Follow-up by phone all open quote requests for the supported customer base
• Prepare quotations and provide timely follow-up on sales opportunities to support revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer, opportunity, and sales activity records within the company’s CRM platform.
• Conduct periodic Business Reviews with distributors to evaluate performance, identify growth opportunities, and strengthen strategic partnerships.
