Donaldson is seeking recent graduates for its three-year Operations Leadership Development Program in Mexico, with rotations across Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Production and Continuous Improvement. Initial rotations will be based at locations in Aguascalientes or León, with potential for future assignments in Monterrey and other Mexican sites, requiring full geographic mobility.

The Operations Development Specialist (ODS) is part of Donaldson’s three-year Operations Leadership Development Program, designed for recent graduates who want to accelerate their careers in manufacturing, engineering, operations, or supply chain while developing the capabilities to become future operations leaders.

Throughout the program, participants will complete rotational assignments and high-impact projects across different areas of Operations, such as Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Production, and Continuous Improvement. These experiences are designed to build a strong understanding of end-to-end operational processes, while developing leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

Initial rotations will be based at Donaldson locations in Aguascalientes or León, Mexico, with the potential for future assignments at other Donaldson locations in Mexico, including Monterrey, based on business needs. Full geographic mobility throughout the three-year program is required.

As participants progress through the program, they will take on increasing levels of responsibility and leadership exposure, including opportunities to lead projects, collaborate across functions, and contribute to key operational priorities such as safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.

By the end of the program, participants will have developed cross-functional Operations expertise, leadership capabilities, and continuous improvement knowledge, including Belt certification(s), providing a strong foundation for future leadership opportunities within Donaldson.

Minimum Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics or related Engineering fields; Supply Chain Management; Operations Management; Business; or a related field.
• Recent graduate interested in building a long-term career in Operations and leadership.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Full geographic mobility within Mexico and willingness to relocate throughout the three-year program.
• Demonstrated leadership potential, initiative, and willingness to take on new challenges.
• Strong communication, teamwork, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in manufacturing, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

• Leadership experience through university projects, student organizations, extracurricular activities, volunteering, sports, internships, or similar experiences.
• Exposure to manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, or continuous improvement environments is a plus.

Previous professional experience is not required. We are looking for recent graduates with the potential, curiosity, adaptability, and motivation to grow into future Operations leaders.
