PayJoy is seeking an operations-focused leader to manage the Global Warranties vertical, standardizing processes and scaling across regions. You will drive continuous improvement and define KPIs to boost CX and financial performance.

Leverage Lean Six Sigma and fintech experience to guide teams of supervisors, analysts, and BPOs. English fluency is required for cross-regional collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, finance, or product management.
• MBA preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma certifications.
• Experience in Banking, NeoBanking and/or Fintech industries, within CX, operations, product, and strategy verticals.
• English C1.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a team of 5+ supervisors, analysts and BPOs to implement continuous improvement across verticals (Global warranties and others).
• Deeply understand operational structure to identify bottlenecks and improve metrics.
• Define KPIs / OKRs to improve CX and P&L across channels.
• Analyze, test, identify and assess risks to P&L and CX.
