PayJoy is seeking a Global Lock Operations Manager to build and lead the Lock Operations function, turning ad hoc takedowns into a systematic program. You will own strategy, govern work across Fraud, Risk, Engineering, and Legal, and partner with Fraud on intelligence.

You’ll mentor two specialists and an analyst while staying hands on with high-impact takedowns. The role requires 5+ years in fintech or risk operations, with a track record of reducing losses via operational change and strong

Formación

• 5+ years in fintech, consumer lending, or fraud and risk operations.
• Hands-on experience using tooling, automation, or AI to scale operations.
• Track record of reducing fraud or exploit losses through operational change.
• Credible stakeholder management across risk, fraud, legal and engineering.
• Desirable: Spanish or Portuguese fluency and prior people management.

Responsabilidades

• Own the global Lock Operations strategy and takedown roadmap.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Fraud, Risk, Engineering and Legal.
• Quantify impact through field disruption and value at risk protected.
• Serve as primary technical partner to Fraud on ground and online intelligence.
• Develop and manage a small specialist and analyst team while staying hands on.
