PayJoy is seeking a results-driven leader to manage Global Warranties and standardize processes to scale warranties across regions. You will lead a team of 5+ supervisors, analysts and BPOs, implement continuous improvement methodologies, and align operations with CX and P&L goals.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, finance, or product management; MBA is preferred; Lean Six Sigma certifications; experience in Banking, NeoBanking or Fintech; and English at C1.
