Alaska Airlines is seeking a Customer Service Agent for a six-month fixed-term, part-time role at our airport operations. You will assist guests with travel needs across ticketing, check-in and boarding, delivering friendly, efficient service.

The role requires 2+ years of customer service, bilingual English/Spanish, the ability to lift 25 kg, and flexibility for weekends/holidays. Starting rate is MXN 9,500 per month with a comprehensive rewards package.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service or community service experience.
• Must communicate effectively in English and Spanish.
• Typing speed of at least 25 WPM and ability to lift 25 kg.
• Flexible schedule with weekend/holiday availability.
• Experience learning and using a computerized reservation system.

Responsabilidades

• Assist guests with travel needs in ticketing, check-in, and boarding.
• Sell tickets and ensure cabin accommodations.
• Perform computer and paperwork tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Coordinate seat assignments, meals, and upgrades as needed.
• Handle boarding, gate duties, and luggage processing.
