United Airlines in Mexico is seeking a customer service professional to greet international travelers at the airport, assist with ticketing and baggage, and ensure a welcoming journey from start to finish.

You will interact with customers in English and Spanish, resolve travel issues, and maintain a safety-minded approach while delivering memorable service across shifts, including nights and weekends.

Formación

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum of 18 years old.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Legally authorized to work in Mexico without sponsorship.
• Willing to travel to other countries for training purposes.

Responsabilidades

• Receiving and directing incoming calls, greeting, and advising customers, tagging, and handling baggage
• Preparing tickets, determining fares and routing to assure passenger's travel needs are met
• Interacting with customers in a kind and useful manner to craft memorable experiences and build loyalty
• Stepping up and anticipating customer needs while maintaining responsibility when inconveniences occur
• Working daily with a safety mindset and upholding high standards of conduct
