Alaska Airlines Guadalajara is seeking a Customer Service Agent on a fixed-term six-month assignment to assist guests with travel needs at Alaska Airlines (AS). As part of the passenger service team, you will respond to guest inquiries and perform ticketing, check-in, and boarding tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Must have at least 2 years of customer service experience, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to lift 25 kg.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of customer service or community service experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written, listening).
• Typing speed of at least 25 WPM.
• Ability to lift 25 kgs and perform physical tasks as required.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to learn and operate a computerized reservation system.

Responsabilidades

• Assist guests with travel needs (inquiries, ticketing, check-in, boarding) in a fast-paced environment.
• Sell tickets and ensure cabin accommodations.
• Perform computer and paperwork tasks.
• Arrange seat assignments and load, coordinate meals and upgrades.
• Handle boarding and gate duties, direct passengers, and make announcements.
• Process and secure passenger luggage; assist with cargo security as needed.
