Hitachi Energy Mexico, S.A. de C.V. in San Luis Potosí seeks an electrical engineer to join the customer service team. You will provide tier 1 support to customers and the global HAPG network, handling service requests, maintenance issues, and warranty queries.

The role requires at least 2 years in customer service, fluency in Spanish and English, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work under pressure. Travel approx. 10% with hybrid/work arrangements.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; any other language is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the first point of contact for customers and the global Hitachi Energy service network regarding service requests, maintenance issues, and warranty queries.
• Be a customer advocate for timely responses and effective problem resolution and escalation.
• Document and log all activities related to resolving customer issues.
• Provide online troubleshooting support and assist customers during run-time activities when required.
• Support knowledge transfer between factories and the global service network (newsletters, FAQs, etc.).
• Contribute to ensuring 24/7 availability and compliance with regulations and guidelines.
