Hitachi Energy in Mexico is seeking an electrical engineer to provide seamless tier 1 customer support to the global Hitachi Energy service network. You will be the first point of contact for service requests and warranty queries, ensuring timely responses.

The role requires fluent Spanish and English, a customer‑focused mindset, and the ability to work under pressure. Travel to customer sites (~10%) is expected to support troubleshooting, training, and meetings.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; other languages are a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure with a structured approach.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the first point of contact for customers and the global Hitachi Energy service network regarding service requests and maintenance issues.
• Be a customer advocate for timely response and for problem resolution and escalation.
• Document and time-log all activities toward resolving customer issues.
• Provide online troubleshooting support and assistance during run-time activities when required.
• Support knowledge transfer between the factory and the global service network (e.g., newsletters, FAQs).
• Ensure 24/7 availability where applicable and comply with regulations and guidelines.
