• Minimum 5 years in recruitment, with 2 years in leadership
• Experience coaching and developing recruiting teams
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruiting processes
• Experience with high-volume hiring environments
• Strong stakeholder and client management skills
• Experience with international stakeholders and hiring teams
• Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment technologies
• Focus on recruitment metrics, analytics, and hiring outcomes
• Ability to scale recruitment operations
• Experience leveraging AI recruiting tools

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition team, driving performance and process improvements
• Own hiring across internal corporate positions and client delivery teams
• Manage end-to-end hiring for internal and client-facing roles
• Partner with business leaders and international stakeholders to define hiring strategy
• Work directly with US-based stakeholders and hiring team
• Lead high-volume, cohort-based recruiting initiatives with quality and candidate experience
• Own and optimise the ATS, ensure data integrity, reporting and continuous improvement
• Establish a regular recruiting reporting cadence using metrics to forecast needs
• Coach recruiters through feedback, training and performance management
• Continuously improve recruiting processes to support growth
• Champion candidate experience and strengthen employer branding
• Leverage AI-powered recruiting tools to improve sourcing and productivity
• Ensure compliance with hiring policies and employment regulations
