Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to build and lead a full-cycle recruiting process for a fast-moving team. You will partner with leadership to source top talent across Sales, Design, Development and Strategy, acting as a brand ambassador and talent scout.

This remote role covers Latin America and beyond, requiring a recruiter with instinct, strong communication, and the ability to move quickly while maintaining a high standard of experience for every candidate.

Formación

• 2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience.
• High accountability mindset with minimal supervision.
• Global perspective across time zones and cultures.
• Strong ATS skills and passion for streamlined, automated workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full cycle from intake with leadership to final offer.
• Source and engage talent across Latin America, South Africa and beyond.
• Provide a seamless, Blacksmith standard candidate experience.
