Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own the full hiring lifecycle, from intake with leadership to the final offer. You will source and engage talent across Latin America, South Africa and beyond, while delivering a seamless candidate experience and evaluating fit across skills, culture and performance.

You will maintain a warm bench of freelance and full-time talent, and keep a data-driven ATS, ensuring hiring managers stay in the loop in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Formación

• 2+ years of full cycle recruiting, ideally in a tech, digital or creative agency.
• Ability to work across time zones and cultures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High accountability mindset with minimal micromanaging.
