Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Technical Recruiter to build a fast-moving team across Sales, Design, Development and Strategy. You will own the hiring process from intake to offer and partner with leadership to attract top-tier talent.

This role emphasizes a recruiter’s instinct, passive candidate sourcing, and a transparent impact in a fully remote environment spanning Latin America or South Africa. You will need a strong track record and a proactive, process-driven mindset.

Formación

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting, ideally in a tech, digital or creative agency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong ATS skills and a love of streamlined, automated workflows.
• A global perspective, comfortable across time zones and cultures.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full cycle from intake with leadership to final offer.
• Source and engage talent across Latin America, South Africa and beyond.
• Provide a seamless, respectful Blacksmith standard experience to candidates.
• Evaluate candidates for skills, culture and performance fit.
• Maintain a warm bench of freelance and full-time talent to move fast.
• Keep a data-driven pipeline and keep hiring managers in the loop.
