and LATAM hiring managers to design effective hiring strategies and ensure an outstanding candidate experience. Responsibilities include leading full-cycle recruitment, building strong stakeholder relationships, proactive sourcing, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of full-cycle recruiting/talent acquisition experience, with LATAM focus (Mexico).
• Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Demonstrated ability to build, maintain, and influence strong relationships with business leaders and cross-functional teams.
• At least 2 years hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and/or additional sourcing tools and job boards.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail and process excellence.

Aufgaben

• Lead full-cycle recruitment processes for positions across Latin America (focus on Mexico) and the United States.
• Partner with U.S. and LATAM hiring managers to define candidate profiles and develop talent acquisition strategies.
• Build and maintain consultative relationships with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proactively source top-tier candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and direct sourcing techniques.
• Ensure rigorous assessment, selection, and evaluation processes emphasizing role requirements and cultural fit.
• Manage candidate progress through the Workday ATS and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with local, regional, and global employment laws and company policies.
• Participate in talent mapping, workforce planning, and other recruitment enhancements.
• Stay current with industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitive intelligence.
