Chemours is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent across Latin America and the United States. You will lead full-cycle recruitment, partner with hiring managers in the U.S. and LATAM, source top candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels, and drive employer branding and process improvements. This role demands strong stakeholder relationships, compliance, and an ability to navigate a dynamic, international environment.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of full-cycle recruiting/talent acquisition experience with LATAM exposure—especially Mexico.
  • Professional proficiency in English (both verbal and written).
  • Demonstrated ability to build, maintain, and influence strong relationships with business leaders and cross-functional teams.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Chemours, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent across Latin America and the United States. Leveraging experience in recruitment, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers based in both the U.S. and LATAM regions to understand talent needs, design effective hiring strategies, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience. Beyond full-cycle recruitment, you will contribute to key talent initiatives, including employer branding, process optimization, and recruitment metrics reporting. You will partner cross-functionally to promote Chemours as an employer of choice, champion best-in-class hiring practices, and drive continuous improvement across all aspects of the recruitment process. Your ability to manage multiple priorities and build strong stakeholder relationships will directly impact our ability to attract and retain top-tier talent in a dynamic, international environment.

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment processes—including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding for positions across Latin America (with a focus on Mexico) and the United States.
  • Partner closely with U.S. and LATAM-based hiring managers to understand business needs, define candidate profiles, and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, advising on talent market trends and best practices.
  • Proactively source top-tier candidates utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, additional job boards, and a variety of direct sourcing techniques to ensure a robust talent pipeline.
  • Ensure rigorous assessment, selection, and evaluation processes for talent, emphasizing role requirements, cultural fit, and potential for impact.
  • Manage and track candidate progress through the Workday Applicant Tracking System (ATS), maintaining accurate and compliant records from initial engagement through offer acceptance.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant local, regional, and global employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
  • Participate in special projects and programs related to talent acquisition, including talent mapping, workforce planning, and other enhancements.
  • Stay current with industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitive intelligence to proactively address talent challenges and opportunities.

The following is required for this role:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of full-cycle recruiting/talent acquisition experience, with significant exposure to the LATAM region—especially Mexico.
  • Professional proficiency in English (both verbal and written).
  • Demonstrated ability to build, maintain, and influence strong relationships with business leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and/or additional sourcing tools and job boards to identify, engage, and pipeline top talent.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to process excellence.

The following is preferred for this role:

  • Experience using the Workday Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or a similar enterprise-level ATS to pipeline, track, and engage candidates.
  • Prior experience collaborating with regional or global teams, and familiarity with international recruitment best practices.
  • Working knowledge of assessment methodologies, and leadership evaluation frameworks.
  • Experience and knowledge in the chemical, industrial, or manufacturing industry.
  • Familiarity with the U.S. job market and direct experience in U.S. recruitment processes.
  • Experience supporting employer branding, recruitment marketing, or other talent attraction initiatives.
