Takeda is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support the Global Capability Center in Mexico and broader LATAM hiring initiatives. You will lead full recruitment lifecycle, advise hiring managers, partner with HR, and drive strategic hiring across the region to attract top talent.

You will work with global teams, ensure compliant processes, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience while leveraging market insights and data-driven strategies.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced organization.
• Fluent in English and Spanish for business interactions.
• Ability to independently manage multiple requisitions and priorities.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies.
• Strong communication, consultation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for a diverse portfolio of roles.
• Develop sourcing strategies to identify and engage diverse talent pools.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, HR partners and leaders to plan hiring
• Advise on talent market conditions and best recruitment practices.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and processes.
• Maintain accurate data in the ATS and participate in recruitment projects.
