DiDi Global is seeking a Lead to drive offline acquisition within the Supply Growth organization. You will manage field coordinators and agents across cities, ensuring targets are met while deploying scalable acquisition frameworks and cross-functional tech deployments.

Your role will blend strategic planning with hands-on execution, using analytics to optimize CAC and guide long-term supply expansion across markets.

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets capabilities; SQL and BI platforms experience.
Professional fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

Direct and scale offline field operations across cities with productivity targets and guardrails.
Optimize end-to-end acquisition funnels from street-level lead to courier first order.
Develop analytics to measure field performance, cohort retention, and true acquisition costs.
Partner with Product and Operations to define, test, and deploy acquisition automation and field tools.
Coordinate with Finance, Tech, Offline Management and leadership on funding and resources for campaigns.
Translate street-level insights into data-driven roadmaps for long-term supply growth.
