Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Supply Chain Legal Contracts Manager in San Pedro Garza Garcia, Mexico, to support the procurement legal team with contract formation, drafting, and negotiation of agreements such as services, product purchase, NDAs, and SaaS contracts.

You will triage requests, manage workflow, and help develop playbooks while coordinating with U.S. and Monterrey-based attorneys and contract managers to ensure compliance and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Law degree and 3+ years of procurement contracting experience, including English-language contracts.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication; ability to interact with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Handle intake and triage of contract requests per risk protocols.
• Track requests within procurement legal using workflow tools (e.g., Ariba).
• Assist/review drafting and negotiation of procurement-related agreements.
• Support workflow management for JCI stakeholders.
