Johnson Controls is seeking a Supply Chain Legal Contracts Manager in Monterrey to collaborate with U.S. lawyers and local contract managers on global procurement contracts. The role focuses on intake, triage, drafting, and negotiation of services, product purchases, NDAs, and SaaS agreements.

You will develop deep procurement knowledge, handle workflow management, and serve as a trusted advisor to attorneys and business teams while maintaining compliance with company policies.

Formación

• Law degree and 3+ years of procurement contracting experience, including multinational support.
• Experience reviewing and negotiating English-language contracts for global teams.
• Strong written and oral communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Handle intake, triage, and analysis of contract requests against risk and policy.
• Assist drafting and negotiation of procurement-related agreements (services, product purchases, subcontracts, NDAs, SaaS).
• Support workflow management and contract approvals routing; maintain playbooks and manuals.
• Provide independent, solution-oriented advisory support to attorneys and business teams.
