Johnson Controls is seeking a Supply Chain Legal Contracts Manager in San Pedro Garza Garcia, Mexico, to support the procurement legal team with contract formation, drafting, and negotiation of agreements such as services, product purchase, NDAs, and SaaS contracts.

You will triage requests, manage workflow, and help develop playbooks while coordinating with U.S. and Monterrey-based attorneys and contract managers to ensure compliance and timely delivery.

Competenze

• Law degree and 3+ years of procurement contracting experience, including English-language contracts.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication; ability to interact with senior stakeholders.

This role involves managing contract formation and development and is not a supervisory role. The Supply Chain Legal Contracts Manager will provide insight and assistance with the intake, triage, and analysis of all contracting activities. Additionally, this person will assist and support the review, drafting and negotiation of agreements, including services agreements, product purchase agreements and purchase orders, subcontract agreements, NDAs , and SaaS agreements.The Supply Chain Legal Contracts Manager must possess a “can do” attitude, be self-motivated, able to multi-task and prioritize work related assignments, The successful candidate must be willing to develop a deep understanding of procurement and the businesses they support.
