You will support sourcing follow-up, supplier communication, and procurement discipline, acting as a procurement SME and guiding junior buyers when needed.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supplier management.
• Experience identifying, researching, evaluating, and selecting suppliers.
• Strong understanding of supplier selection criteria including price, quality, timing, and reliability.
• Experience with RFQ or tender processes, supplier follow-up, and procurement documentation.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Identify, research, evaluate, and select suppliers against price, quality, timing, and reliability.
• Support RFQ and tender activities, including quote comparison and follow-up with suppliers.
• Help manage supplier relationships and monitor performance against requirements.
• Provide analysis, recommendations, and status updates to internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain sourcing documentation, supplier records, and procurement reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align purchasing with technical, commercial, and delivery needs.
• Assist with contract- and subcontract-related follow-up and issue resolution.
• Act as procurement SME and coach junior buyers when needed.
