Job summary

Honeywell International Inc. in Mexico City is seeking a Senior Contracts Representative to provide contract management support across the contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and interpreting contractual documents.

You will identify risks and ensure compliance with policies and laws. You will report to the Assistant General Counsel and collaborate with internal stakeholders within the Integrated Supply Chain to drive speed, quality, and simplicity of contract

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business management or related field with five plus years of contracting experience.
Understanding of contract law and commercial terms and conditions.
Proficiency in English and excellent communication/negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Provide contract management support throughout the contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and interpreting documents.
Identify and mitigate risks from non-standard terms and conditions and changes in contracts.
Advise internal clients on contractual requirements and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies and liaise with Law for review of unusual terms.
Drive continual improvement of contract formation and management processes.
Support procurement contracts and Integrated Supply Chain initiatives.
