KION Group seeks an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join the new IT Service Hub in Guadalupe, Mexico. You will design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow configurations and customized solutions across ITSM and CSM, aligned with the platform roadmap and governance.

This role requires collaboration with global teams and stakeholders across business units. You will lead development efforts, translate requirements into effective designs, and provide training on new features to raise ServiceNow

Formación

• Extensive experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions (ITSM/CSM).
• 5–8 years in IT/ITSM tool space with at least 5 years as ServiceNow developer.
• Ability to lead projects and global teams leveraging distributed setups.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow configurations and custom solutions for KION Group.
• Translate business needs into design elements achieving objectives.
• Support development aligning with the ServiceNow roadmap and architecture.
• Be the technical contact for ServiceNow-related questions and platform governance.
• Drive development in line with governance and data management processes.
• Design use cases with business collaboration and provide stakeholder training.
