Formación

• 4 years of experience with software design and ServiceNow development.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow ITSM, including platform analytics and reports.
• Knowledge of Virtual Agent and Agent Chat capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop software programs per technical specifications and programming standards.
• Lead efforts to configure, analyze, design, develop, and maintain applications.
• Participate in peer secure code reviews to ensure quality.
