Cummins Inc. seeks a Software Engineer - ITSM in Guadalajara, Mexico, a hybrid role with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. You will develop software on the ServiceNow ITSM platform, focusing on Incident, Problem, and Change Management, and ensure secure coding practices and UI standards.

You will use Flow Designer, Studio IDE, and Update Sets to build integrations with 3rd party apps, perform automated tests with ATF, and participate in design reviews to ensure quality and reusability of code.

Formación

• 4+ years of software design and ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow ITSM, dashboards, catalogs, and record producers.
• Experience with Web tech: API, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Know-how of Flow Designer, Studio IDE, Update Sets, and integration with 3rd party apps.
• Excellent problem solving, communication, and teamwork; advanced English.

Responsabilidades

• Develop software on the ServiceNow ITSM platform to meet org. goals.
• Ensure secure coding practices and UI standards during development.
• Lead design, development, testing, and maintenance of applications and code.
• Create automated tests with ServiceNow ATF for functional/regression testing.
• Support build and deployment processes and contribute to IT standards.
