Qualifications

• 5-8 years of IT/ITSM tool experience with over 5 years as a ServiceNow developer.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow integration across different platforms.
• Experience with ITIL and Agile project methodology.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the ServiceNow platform configurations and solutions.
• Translate business and technical requirements into design elements.
• Provide training on the ServiceNow platform to stakeholders.
