The Chemours Company is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for its Mexico City Office (Plaza Carso). This hybrid role (three days onsite) leads leadership and specialized recruitment across Latin America, the US, and globally, partnering with senior leaders and HR to shape leadership pipelines and employer branding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, psychology, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 4 years focused on leadership or specialized recruitment (corporate or retained search).
• Proven track record managing complex searches across Latin America and the United States.

Responsabilités

• Lead the full executive recruitment lifecycle for Director and other senior-level roles, from initial briefing and sourcing to offer and pre-boarding.
• Partner with leadership, business unit heads, and global HR teams to craft proactive search strategies.
• Build and nurture relationships with top-tier external talent, providing a personalized candidate experience.
• Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and talent intelligence to inform leadership hiring and succession planning.
• Advise senior stakeholders on talent trends, compensation insights, and best practices in executive search.
• Ensure rigorous assessment and evaluation processes for leadership roles, emphasizing cultural fit and impact.
