Collins Aerospace in Mexicali, Mexico, is seeking a Customer Service Sr. Analyst to serve as the primary contact for orders, administration, and related processes from contract award through closeout and archive of the sales order. You will align inventory with order lines to ensure delivery and invoicing as required.

The role requires ERP experience (SAP SD), order entry, strong English, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Requires a University Degree in business administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience in supply chain roles.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, especially SAP SD module.
• Experience with order entry and order administration in ERP/CRM systems.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as principal customer contact for orders and administration from contract award through closeout and archive.
• Create/edit sales orders accurately in SAP; send order acknowledgements as required.
• Ensure export compliance including license applications and screenings.
• Work with Finance to process invoices, returns, and credit/debit memos.
• Create basic quotes in SAP; coordinate with Inventory Planning and Shipping for deliveries.
• Maintain tracking and customer reports; ensure timely communication with clients.
