North American Production Sharing, Inc. in Tijuana, Mexico, seeks a Customer Service Representative to act as the primary contact for assigned customers, handling order management, inquiries, disputes, and general assistance.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, experience with customer orders, and the ability to coordinate with Sales, Planning, Purchasing, and Accounting. SAP experience is required, and advanced English proficiency is essential.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience in a manufacturing, order management, or similar environment.
• Advanced English proficiency in speaking and reading.
• SAP experience is required.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate with different departments.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the initial point of contact for assigned customers regarding order administration, assistance, disputes, and general inquiries.
• Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers about products, orders, and account-related matters.
• Process and expedite customer orders and inquiries for assigned accounts.
• Ensure orders have acceptable scheduled dates and provide timely updates.
• Coordinate with Planners and Buyers to ensure accurate order information.
• Support Sales with account management, inventory levels, and customer relations.
• Work with Accounting to resolve disputes in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate customer and order information in SAP.
• Follow up proactively on pending orders and internal action items.
