Collins Aerospace in Mexicali is seeking a procurement professional to identify qualified suppliers, manage the purchase order process from requisition to invoice, and negotiate pricing and delivery terms. You will analyze quotes and support cost strategies while ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with company policies.
The role requires a university degree with several years of procurement experience, plus strong English skills.
Formación
- University degree with 3+ years procurement experience, or an advanced degree with similar experience.
- Advanced English proficiency for fluent professional communication.
Responsabilidades
- Identify qualified suppliers leveraging existing agreements.
- Manage PO placement from requisition to invoice for assigned commodities.
- Obtain price quotations and negotiate pricing and delivery.
- Analyze supplier quotes and make sourcing recommendations.
- Ensure on-time delivery to schedule.
- Initiate supplier negotiations on price, lead time and terms.
- Complete PO documentation per company policies.
- Ensure timely placement of orders to meet turn times.
- Interface with requisitioner and other functional groups.
- Support Supply Chain organization on additional projects.
