Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to own the full hiring cycle from intake to offer, partnering with leadership to recruit across Sales, Design, Development and Strategy. You’ll actively source talent globally, including Latin America and beyond, while upholding Blacksmith’s candidate experience.

This role rewards a proactive recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves building high-caliber teams with a visible impact every day.

Formación

• 2+ years of full cycle recruiting, ideally in a tech, digital or creative agency.
• Ability to manage the end-to-end hiring process from intake to offer.
• Global perspective and comfort across time zones and cultures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full cycle from the initial intake call with leadership to the final offer.
• Source and engage talent across Latin America, South Africa and beyond.
• Give every candidate a seamless, respectful process in line with Blacksmith standards.
• Evaluate candidates for skills, culture and performance fit.
• Maintain a warm bench of freelance and full-time talent to move fast.
• Keep a clean, data-driven pipeline in the ATS and keep hiring managers in the loop.
